The building blocks are the <br /> sane: technologies,management, ownership. People then pick apart the proposals,you defend <br /> then, adjust then. That is'why a two tiered process works well. <br /> The bottom line being do they meet the n'tr gen removal standard. <br /> John asked how they come up with an equitable system for paying for this? <br /> Each scenario has to include a proposal on how it will be paid for. <br /> NEXTTMIE TING: MONDAY, APRIL 1, 1999 AT 2:30 Town Hall <br /> S&w ill provide a standard contract for torn council to review. <br /> Ownership ofdocuments: S&W said the issue comes at the design phase. The town could give <br /> them to other engineers to firn'sh and that leaves S&w liable.
