When the town gets invoices <br /> from S&W,they complete a vouchers which gets sent to DEP, they pay the town and then the <br /> town pays the contractors. <br /> Tom said the town must rely on S&W to do the SRF work but that is not in the contract. <br /> S&W said it is clearly in their best interest to get that money. <br /> S&W discussed the women and minority business requirements with Dr. Howes and the <br /> Commission. <br /> Tom mentioned to Dr. Howes that DEP is looking for a strong sales pitch on the existing <br /> problem and we will need a report from him.
