Ms, Waterman will invite her to attend the January meeting. <br /> Bill Nay would be attending the next meeting in December. <br /> Future Initiatives-The Chair referenced a concern about anti-Semitism incidents <br /> occurring on the Cape, adding that, in response,Barnstable was establishing a No Place for Hate <br /> group. The Chair inquired whether MIDC would consider collaborating with the group. In <br /> addition,the Chair inquired further about the Human Library, originally a Danish program, being <br /> offered by the Osterville Library. Different people served as "human books" speaking for 20 <br /> minutes about themselves and their experiences. The next event would be held June 2020 and <br /> the Chair inquired whether there could be Mashpee residents interested in serving as a"human <br /> book." The Chair shared other information to include Homeland Security considering domestic <br /> terrorism as a threat,Mashpee students reading for the visually impaired and a wing at the <br /> Museum of Fine Arts featuring female artists. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> Ms. Sue Wilson shared a flyer with the Committee announcing the Cape Cod Pride <br /> Holiday Dance Party. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: Ms. Gail Wilson made a motion to adjourn.
