21. Approval from the Mashpee Board of Selectman. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> 22. After the Board of Selectman approve the application,the Board sends a letter to the Massachusetts <br /> Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) for review and approval. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> ❑ 23. After approval by the DMF, the applicant submits a letter describing the project and a Request for <br /> Determine of Applicability (R.D.A.) form to the Conservation Commission. If the project is subject to <br /> jurisdiction under the Wetlands Protection Act or if the project alters any wetland resource area in any <br /> way a Notice of Intent(N.O.I.) shall be filed through conservation and sent to and Mass. DEP. Approval <br /> by the Conservation Commission and DEP. <br /> Commission Comments: <br /> Fisher: "Cook is correct. Most aquaculture license applications require an NOI, but not all." <br /> Thomas: "As long as they go to the Conservation Commission to determine what to file, in order, then <br /> will deal with the permitting process." <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Cook: "Not all applicants need to file an NOI, They first will file a Requisition to Determine <br /> applicability. They the conservation commission determines if an NOI is needed." <br /> ❑ 24. The applicant sends copy of NOI (if needed) to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USCOE) to review <br /> for compliance with the Aquaculture Programmatic General Permit(PGP). Approval by USCOE. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> 25. The Board of Selectmen issue the Shellfish Aquaculture License. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> ❑ 26. Within thirty (30) days of final approval,the applicant must pay recording and processing fees to the <br /> Town Clerk. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> 27.
