Moorings? <br /> Ashley Fisher: We don't have approved mooring areas. There's disagreement between the <br /> Harbormaster and Shellfish Constable on determining these areas. <br /> Peter Thomas:A lot of gray area from the Harbormaster. <br /> Stephen Marques:We'd have more strength if we handed them a map. <br /> Bill Holmes: It's an area of conflict. <br /> Peter Thomas:This has to go in order of sign offs, correct? <br /> Ashley Fisher: Yes. The Board of Selectmen/Conservation has to approve the MEP process. After the <br /> Division of Marine Fisheries approves the license)the Town Clerk is the final step once all is completed <br /> and ready to deploy gear.This is meant to be a career path, creating jobs, not for part time job people. <br /> Stephen Marques:They have to have a minimum, right? <br /> Ashley Fisher: They have to fill a report every year. The bar is low at planting 10,000 animals per acre <br /> leased. <br /> Stephen Marques: So they're handed a 15year grant, but don't need to provide how much the get? <br /> Numbers? <br />
