Weeden <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Gottlieb at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday December 16, 2019 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the Regular Session minutes of Monday, <br /> December 16,2019 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Terry Ronhock, 82 Sunset Circle made note of the Selectmen's intent to discuss pending litigation <br /> relative to Blue Sky Towers in executive session. Whether the matter is to be discussed in open or in <br /> executive session Ms. Ronhock indicated the property is not located in a wireless overlay district. For <br /> transparency it was requested the cell tower project receive the same treatment as the wastewater <br /> discussions, and that a map be provided for those being affected by this project. <br /> Jane Lebel, 40 Lisa Lane indicated she has attended all of the Selectmen's meetings regarding the cell <br /> tower. It was recommended the Board of Selectmen seek other alternatives in a public forum such as <br /> town meeting before any other decisions are made in an effort to solve the problem the first time. <br /> Mary Waygan, Planning Board Chair indicated the Planning Board at its meeting of December 18, 2019 <br /> voted to request the Board of Selectmen reserve a place-holder on the May 2020 Town Meeting warrant <br /> for a series of zoning articles to set standards on solar farms to protect the public health, safety and <br /> welfare of residents. The Planning Board will be working on article language with a goal to present the <br /> proposed bylaw amendment to the Board of Selectmen prior to the February 10, 2020 deadline. <br /> (Enclosure: Memorandum dated January 6, 2020) <br />
