State pricing was received from Dupont Storage Systems of Berlin, CT for the mobile
storage shelving with carriages and track, sub-floor tile finish and steel end panels, delivered and
assembled. Ms. Dami indicated the existing vault was created in 1996 with the restoration of the
Town Hall facility. The shelving that was installed is very basic, and there is a clear need to
modify the system for efficiency with mobile storage shelving. Records that are not required on
a regular basis would be stored in the rear of the vault.
