Report of the Superintendent • Updates -Administrator Reports, November Enrollments, Happenings Mrs. DeBoer reviewed the administrator reports included in the packet. • Superintendent's Mid-Cycle Update on Goals Mrs. DeBoer reviewed her progress on her SY19-20 goals. • Superintendent's Final FY 2021 MPS Budget ❑ Updated FY 2021 Budget Narrative Mrs. DeBoer provided an updated narrative. ❑ Budget summary for publication in 12/27/19 Mashpee Enterprise Mrs. DeBoer reviewed the article that will be provided to the Mashpee Enterprise. FY-Dates ❑ December 19, 2019: Superintendent's FY2021 Budget presentation to Town Manager. ❑ January 8, 2020: Public Hearing on Superintendent's recommended FY 2021 budget. ❑ January 22, 2020: School Committee votes on MPS FY 2021 budget. ❑ January 23, 2020: School Committee's recommended by 2021 budget is due to Town Manager. ❑ FY 2021 MPS Budget Presentation to Mashpee Finance Committee-date To be determined. 9. Report of the Business Manager • FY20 Budget Update Mr. Funk updated the committee on the status of the FY20 budget.MASC-MASS 10. Subcommittee Reports • Policv Mrs. Bartlett reported that the subcommittee is recommending the committee adopt the revised policies listed below. • Negotiations Mr. Myers updated the committee on schedule of meetings with Unit A. 11. Working Group Updates • Finance ➢ 5-year MPS Financial Plan Mr. Myers updated the committee on projected 5-year financial plan. ➢ Use of School Choice Program funds Mrs. DeBoer reviewed the updated chart reflecting potential uses of additional school choice. Committee will vote on adjusting designated items on school choice list at January meeting. 2.
