The Board has determined-that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Modification to a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan: Barry & Janice Mead, 45 Lisa Lane, Mashpee, MA. Scale: 1" = 20', <br /> Date: November 28, 2018, Plan Revisions: 5/21/18: Add proposed addition, <br /> 10/1/19: Revise proposed addition, 1/15/20: Add proposed deck, update lot <br /> coverage. Prepared by: Warwick & Associates, Inc. Signed by Gary S. Labrie, <br /> Registered Professional Land Surveyor,No. 40039. <br /> 3. House Plan: New Addition/Remodel for:Mead Residence,45 Lisa Lane,Mashpee, <br /> MA. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer seconded. <br /> Mr. Goldstein,yes, <br /> Mr. Gould,yes, <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller,yes <br /> Mr. Blaisdell,yes, <br /> All were in favor of the modification to the Written Finding. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 4&8 Mendes Way(f/k/a 341 Great Neck Road North): Habitat for Humanity to request <br /> release of covenant with performance security; and revision to site/subdivision plan. <br /> Elizabeth Wade, Director of Land Acquisition for Habitat was present to discuss the <br /> process. <br /> Mr.Blaisdell asked Evan,Town Planner to give the Board some background of the project <br /> requests as stated. Evan said this project was before the Board back in 2019, as. an <br /> application for a Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit requesting a two lot subdivision, and. <br /> subsequent construction of two single family homes for affordable home ownership.Based <br /> on Planning Board comments, the Board approved a two lot subdivision. The original <br /> proposal was a shared driveway, or common driveway then became a street known as' <br /> Mendes Way,and the construction of the street needs to be completed prior to the issuance <br /> of building permits for completion of the home construction. <br /> 3 <br />
