The existing house was non-conforming to the front setback. The homeowners <br /> made a change to their plan by reducing the family room to 13 ft. by 20 ft., and the front <br /> deck is 9'6"by 14'.4" and is 38 ft. from the front property line where the previous family <br /> room was 36.5 ft. The plan that was submitted shows the dashed line where the deck was <br /> originally, and there's a darker line showing the dimensions of the new deck. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation Comments into the record.
