�t�Y;rourvo� Town of Mashpee <br /> �y. <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> ��tist�u� co� Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH — PUBLIC SESSION <br /> Mashpee Town Hall —Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of April 2, 2020 <br /> Board Members Present: Member Absent: Also Present: <br /> Brian Baumgaertel,Chair Mallory Langler,Vice-Chair Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Veronica Warden, Clerk Caitlin Gardipe,Assistant Health Agent <br /> Chair Brian Baumgaertel called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. He stated for the record that Board <br /> Member Veronica Warden and Assistant Health Agent Caitlin Gardipe were participating remotely, and <br /> Board Member Mallory Langler was not present/participating in the meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of meeting minutes. Due to the lack of a full Board, Veronica Warden <br /> suggested postponing approval of the minutes of the March 19, 2020 Public Session to the next <br /> meeting, and Chair Baumgaertel was in agreement. <br /> 2. Sign expense warrants. It was understood that expense warrants would have to be signed <br /> outside of the meeting, due to there being only one Board member physically present at the <br /> meeting. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. COVID-19 update. Mr. Harrington commented that trying to keep 'up with amount of <br /> information from the state, governor's office and DPH...tues aft conference calls great because <br /> other health agents call in with questions...updating town website...situation reports.from covid <br /> 19 response center(which the governor put together)coordinating covid 19 response doing daily <br /> situational reports...informing VNA and public that there is crisis counseling resources <br /> available...did create draft order to close beauty salons, taning, fitness, etc. prior to statewide <br /> closure of non-essential business, rendered mute...did issue cease and desist to illegal barbershop <br /> that was operating...updated key contact people for town covid response...spoke to stop&shop <br /> manage regarding covid 19 protocols...communicated with the cofid 19 information to our public <br /> safety answering point/dispatcher (have specific questions they need to ask when people call <br /> in...to protect our first responders)—per order of TM stated working from home on March 4...still <br /> going out in the field for inspections,failure verifications,etc....no housing or food as of yet...have <br /> access to VPN connection so we have access to all databases so we can still service realtors, <br /> inspectors and anyone looking for property specific information...VNA is acting as town nurse, <br /> talking to them, doing all epidemiological testing, connected to Maven epi protected online <br /> data anyone who has tested positive will go into Maven, VNA will contact people <br /> and make quarantine/isolation recommendations baed on information that comes from MAVEN, <br /> and letting Town know who positives-are and their addresses...but we are not releasing any <br /> 1 <br />
