2. Discussion of Santuit Pond septic inspections. No discussion on this matter took place: <br /> 3. Review of proposed amendments to Food Establishment Inspection Regulation. Ms. Gardipe <br /> commented that language had been added to the regulation stating that suspensions are at the <br /> discretion of the Board, and clarifying that fines on probation are the same for priority and <br /> priority-foundation violations. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Mallory Langler moved to approve the Food <br /> Establishment Inspection Regulation as presented. Motion seconded by Veronica Warden. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous(3-0). <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of meeting minutes. March 5,2020 Public Session minutes were reviewed. <br /> .There being no comments or revisions, Mallory Langler moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> March 5,2020 Public Session meeting. Motion seconded by Veronica Warden. VOTE: Unanimous <br /> (3-0). <br /> 2. Sign expense warrants. Expense warrants were signed. <br /> 3. Review of request for new Food Establishment Permit— Freshroll, 439 Nathan Ellis Highway, <br /> Unit 4. Mr.•Harrington commented that this is a proposed new food establishment in Brickyard <br /> Marketplace. The floor plan review has been completed and paid for; ServSafe and Allergen <br /> Awareness Certificates have been provided; and the menu and building permit have been <br /> reviewed. The inspection has not.been conducted, as it is a new establishment that has not yet <br /> been built out. <br /> Channa Chou introduced herself for the record as representing Freshroll. Ms. Warden asked <br /> where the produce is coming from, and Ms. Chou answered that, this being a vegetarian <br /> restaurant, they are attempting to use as much produce as possible from local farmers and <br /> farmers markets, and they will also use third party-providers. Ms.Warden asked how often they <br /> plan to test the PH of the rice, and Ms. Chou answered that operating hours will be from <br /> approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and PH testing would be performed every hour. Ms. Warden <br /> asked if they would be recording those results and Ms. Chou answered that they would be using <br /> a log. Board members requested a more detailed HACCP Plan,consistent with other HACCP Plans <br /> they had received in the past, and authorized Mr. Harrington to review/approve that, once <br /> submitted. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Mallory Langler moved.to approve the Food <br /> Establishment Permit for Freshroll, at 439 Nathan Ellis Highway, Unit 4, pending approval of the <br /> revised HACCP Plan,and a passing pre-operating inspection by a Health Agent. Motion seconded <br /> by Veronica Warden. VOTE: Unanimous (3-0). <br /> 4. Review of request for new Food Establishment Permit—Yummi Sushi, 11 Commercial Street. <br /> Mr. Harrington commented that this is a new proposed sushi location, taking over the existing <br /> sushi vendor at Roche Bros. The HACCP Plan has been provided. Allergen Awareness and ServSafe <br /> Certificates have not yet been provided, and a pre-opening inspection must be performed. Ms. <br /> Langler explained to Board members that,as part of the inspection, the Health Agent would <br /> 4 <br />
