Deborah F. Dami ,
Town Clerk ..
Date: March 31, 2020
Re: Seconsett Island Causeway Parking Permit
Last fall at the recommendation of Town Manager Collins, I placed my order for FY21 stickers
and included in my order a supply of nonresident parking stickers for Seconsett Island
Causeway.
It 41 is my understanding that only nonresident mooring holders and Falmouth resident shellfish
permit holders qualify for the sticker. Prior to issuing the non-resident parking permit, the non-
resident
resident will be required to produce either proof of having a mooring in Waquoit Bay or a
Falmouth Shellfish Permit. It is my plan to have each person obtaining the sticker sign a
statement acknowledging that they will not use the sticker at any other boat ramps within
Mashpee.
At this time I shall await the Board's decision as to whether or not a non-resident permit is
required for the Causeway. If the Board wishes to institute the need for a non-resident permit for
Seconsett Island Causeway, I need only to know the cost for each permit.
