MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 11,2019 <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked the applicant if the garage, parking area and driveway are entered from <br /> Bayview. The applicant said;yes.Mr.Bonvie noticed that the septic tank was located under <br /> the driveway. The plan was outdated. <br /> Mr. Reiffarth read the Board of Health comments into the record. "Septic passed <br /> inspection; sized for main house an apartment." The Board had a discussion concerning <br /> the 2006 site plan, and wanted more specific comments about the septic and load <br /> requirements. The Board of Health stamped 2018 on the site plan. Mr. Bonvie asked the <br /> applicant if he had a conversation with the Board of Health regarding the number of <br /> bedrooms. He said; no. <br /> Charlie said that the Board should only be discussing zoning issues. Jonathan wants to <br /> know the allowed bedroom capacity. <br /> Chairman Furbush addressed the Board with a list of items;updated house plans,plot plans <br /> with sizes of rooms to determine,how many bedrooms are allowed,is septic strong enough <br /> to support garage,.and does a 1500 gallon tank only support three (3) bedrooms. These <br /> questions should be brought to the health agent. The Board asked the applicant if the septic <br /> was inspected and if he has a copy of the report. <br /> The Board recommended that the applicant have a discussion with the health agent and <br /> confirm the age of the septic. The Board said they would require a revised plan showing <br /> the existing house, proposed new structure above, the garage with dimensions depicting <br /> the size of the rooms, and revised detailed comments from Glen. <br /> Charlie said that this project was originally approved, and if you move forward, another <br /> permit will be required for that unit and Glen will have to sign off. <br /> Jim Reiffarth asked Charlie if it's a requirement to have a revised plot plan if a septic <br /> system is upgraded. Charlie said that he's not the Health Agent, so it would be best to talk <br /> with him. <br /> The Board had a discussion and would like revised comments from Glen. <br /> Sharon read an email from an abutter who has concerns of the accessory apartment. <br /> Ron made a motion to accept the applicants request to continue the hearing until January <br /> 8, 2020. Mr. Blaisdell seconded. All were in favor. <br /> 161 Timberlane Drive: Petitioner, Thomas F.
