Motion seconded by Mallory Langler. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous(2-0). <br /> 7:20—9 Deans Hollow Road - <br /> Mr. Harrington commented that, at the meeting on December 19th, the Board had requested that the <br /> engineer determine if the credit land was in fact in the same Zone II as the parent parcel. The engineer <br /> has since checked that and resubmitted the NAP with a new credit land that is verified to be in the same <br /> Zone II as the parent parcel. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Veronica Warden moved to approve the Nitrogen <br /> Aggregation Plan for 9 Deans Hollow Road with the following conditions; 1) the draft grants of Title V <br /> restriction and easement must be finalized and recorded at the Registry of Deeds with an axecuted <br /> stamped copy provided to the Board of Health prior to Issuance of the septic installation permit and <br /> approval of the building permit. Motion seconded by Mallory Langler. VOTE; Unanimous(2-0). <br /> 7:25—Public Forum,Tobacco Control Law <br /> Mr.Harrington opened th.e forum by reviewing the guidance documents from the state. He went through <br /> each document section-by-section, and provided an explanation. <br /> Dino Mitrokostas,of Finally Dino's introduced himself for the record, and asked how he should comply <br /> with the signage requirements. Board members were in agreement that his establishment'was not <br /> tobacco-only or age-restricted,so he should treat the establishment as a convenience store. Matt Pearson <br /> 1 <br />
