from Alltown Mobil introduced himself for the record,and asked about placement of the signage,as there <br /> was limited space around the cash registers. Board members advised him that,to ensure full compliance, <br /> the required signage must be visible at the registers. Mr. Pearson requested that another forum be <br /> conducted prior to the June changes going into effect. The vendors present requested an email copy of <br /> the cessation signage that was provided as an example at the forum. <br /> 7:55—Cabral Container,81 Echo Road <br /> Manual Cabral of Cabral Container appeared and introduced himself for the record, and informed the <br /> .Board that he had recently come on hard times. He stated that Cavossa Disposal had agreed to buy his <br /> business, and planned to begin removing the pile of trash early the following week. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Veronica Warden moved to continue the matter of the <br /> refuse violation at 81 Echo Road until the next meeting. Motion seconded by Mallory Langler. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous(2-0). <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Discussion of Short-Term Rental Property Regulation. Discussion of the Short-Term Rental <br /> Property Regulation was postponed until the full Board is in attendance. <br /> 2. Update on Santuit Pond algae advisories. The update on the Santuit Pond algae advisories was <br /> postponed until the full Board is in attendance. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of meeting minutes. December 19,.2019 Public Session minutes were <br /> reviewed. <br /> There being no further comments,Veronica Warden moved to continue approval of the minutes <br /> to the next meeting. Motion seconded by Mallory Langler. VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> 2. Sign expense warrants: Expense warrants were signed. <br /> 3. Review of request for Temporary Food Establishment One-Time Annual Fee, Wolf Pizza. Mr. <br /> Harrington commented that the applicant is requesting a onetime fee for attending events <br /> throughout the year. The food operator does not have a mobile food cart or trailer but uses a <br /> mobile wood-fired pizza oven. The ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certificates were submitted. <br /> There being no further comments,Veronica Warden moved to approve request for a Temporary <br /> Food Establishment one-time annual fee.for Wolf Pizza, provided a food inspection is performed <br /> by a health agent prior to operating.
