Minutes of Meeting <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday,January 21,2020 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> The height of the building is 31 ft. from the slab,and based on the average grade is <br /> approximately 32 ft. <br /> Charlie noticed the drive-thru bay on the plan and wanted to know if the others <br /> would be drive-thru as well. Raul said originally this one drive-thru bay was not <br /> part of the initial plan. The side panel just shows the five,bays, so he will have to <br /> review that change with the developer. Some of the parking spaces on the opposite <br /> side can be shifted south closer to the dumpster area if this one bay is to remain a <br /> drive-thru. Charlie said this will have to be noted if this design will remain or be <br /> changed as presented. The committee had a discussion that the plan submitted to <br /> Design Review should be the same plan submitted to the ZBA. <br /> Charlie made a motion to continue this meeting until the next Design Review <br /> meeting on February 4, 2020 when the applicant has a more defined detailed plan <br /> on the color of the building,and the actual design of the building. Joe, seconded. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> The committee had a discussion to recommend that the ZBA Chairman assign a <br /> Design Review alternate. <br /> Joe made a motion to approve the December 17, 2019 Meeting Minutes. Jim <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Jim made a motion to continue 800 Falmouth Road Ste. 101E & 102B, and 681 <br /> Falmouth Road, Building E Unit 1 until February 4, 2020. Charlie seconded. All <br /> were in favor. Joe made a motion to adjourn. Jim second. All were in favor.
