The
septic design flow indicates that office space and warehouse use are proposed in the five contractor bays.
The drainage has a subsurface component that meets the Board of Health requirements, The septic has
a capacity of 555 gpd, and the primary and reserve areas are proposed to be constructed at the time of
original construction. At Site Plan Review, the owner and engineer were advised to add a denitrification
system for more flexibility in the proposed future uses. Bathrooms for each unit must be plumbed and
the nitrogen loading calculations must be shown on the plan, as the property is in Zone II. There is a
dumpster with enclosure and a concrete pad per our regulation. An industrial waste holding tight tank is
proposed on the plan, which means that vehicles will be entering the building and floor drains will be
required by the Plumbing Inspector. Mr. Harrington said there are no proposed uses as of this time.
Chair Baumgaertel stated that it meets the design flow of what the applicant has specified forthe building.
1
