There being no further comments, Mallory Langler moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> December 19, 2019 meeting as presented. Motion seconded by Veronica Warden. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous(3-0). <br /> 2. Sign expense warrants. There were no expense warrants. <br /> 3. Review of request for new Food Establishment License—Chef Roland's Catering,300 Falmouth <br /> Road, Matthew Lombardo. Mr. Harrington commented that a new owner had purchased this <br /> establishment and is requesting new food establishment and a catering permits for the facility. <br /> No changes were proposed at the facility or with the business, An inspection has occurred prior <br /> to the transfer of the business. The inspection revealed that anew vacuum sealer was being used <br /> on-site. The,Federal. Food Code has specific requirements for reduced oxygen packaging that <br /> requires a variance to use. Mr. Harrington stated that a variance will be sought for the continued <br /> use of the vacuum sealer at a later date. <br /> Matthew Lombardo introduced himself for the record,stating that he was very excited about this <br /> opportunity. Mr. Lombardo confirmed that he will be seeking a liquor license in the future, for <br /> use off-site as part of the catering service, <br /> There being no further comments, Veronica Warden moved to approve request for anew Food <br /> Establishment License and Caterer's License for Chef Roland's Catering,300 Falmouth Road,with <br /> the condition that the vacuum sealer not be used until a variance and HACCP plan have been <br /> submitted and approved by the Board of Health.
