Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald <br /> Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould, Associate Member Sharon Sangeleer, George <br /> Ganzenmuller, and James Reiffarth were present. Building Inspector, Charlie Maintanis <br /> was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:14 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV as a remote virtual meeting. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Chairman Furbush announced that the regular Board members were sitting in on this <br /> hearing. <br /> 127 Samnsons Mill Road: Owners, Steven and Diane McKee request Variance relief <br /> from the side yard setback under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction <br /> of a shed on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 63 Parcel 30, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Continued from March 11, 2020 hearings at the request of the applicant). <br /> At the last hearing, the Board requested that the applicant supply a revised plan showing <br /> the relocation of the shed 15 feet away from the side property line. Chairman Furbush asked <br /> the applicant if he was able to get the revised plan. Mr. McKee spoke from his phone line <br /> and said he was not able to get the plan on time due to the pandemic issue and requested <br /> an extension until the next available meeting date of May 13, 2020. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the request of an extension from the applicant until <br /> May 13, 2020. Mr. Gould seconded. <br /> Roll call; Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Gould, yes, and Mr. <br /> Furbush, yes.
