Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald Bonvie, <br /> Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould and Associate Members Sharon. Sangeleer, James <br /> Reiffarth, and George Ganzenmuller were present. Building Inspector, Charlie Maintanis <br /> was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at-6:14 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV as a remote virtual meeting. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Sitting in on this hearing are the five regular Board members. <br /> 127 Sampsons Mill Road: Owners, Steven and Diane McKee request Variance relief from the <br /> side yard setback under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a shed on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 63 Parcel 30, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from <br /> April22,2020 hearings at the request of the applicant). <br /> Chairman Furbush wanted to know if the applicant provided a revised site plan showing <br /> that the shedwas moved 15 ft. from the lot line. <br /> The homeowner Steve McKee said that he will move the shed but was unable to get a <br /> revised site plan because the surveyor was backed up with other clients. Mr. McKee said <br /> that he plans to move the shed 15 ft. off his property line. <br /> Jonathan asked Charlie to review the current conditions of the shed. Charlie said that the <br /> shed is currently 4 ft. off the property line and the size of the shed is well over 200 sq. ft. <br /> There is also a covered porch and a deck. The minimum setback is 15 ft. on the sides, and <br /> rear property line and 40 ft. from the front property line. <br /> Mr.Bonvie mentioned that if the applicant moves the shed to the 15 ft. setback he no longer <br /> needs approval from the Zoning Board. Charlie said; yes; he would no longer need ZBA <br /> approval. <br /> Chairman Furbush asked the applicant if he would like to withdraw the application and <br /> deal directly with Charlie.
