MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 13,2020 . <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the applicant, Steve McKee to withdraw his <br /> application for a Variance without prejudice located at 127 Sampsons Mill Road relief from <br /> the side yard setback under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a <br /> shed on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 63 Parcel 30, Mashpee,MA. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded. Mr. Furbush took a roll call vote. <br /> Mr. Goldstein,yes <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br /> Mr. Gould,yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush,yes <br /> All were in favor to accept the withdrawal of the Variance for the deck. <br /> 89 Industrial Drive: Petitioner, Steven P. Hynds requests a Special Permit under §174-24 (C), <br /> §174-25 D(1),§174-25 G(6),G(9),G(13)and G(14)ofthe Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction <br /> of a 9,680 square foot steel building for use as contractor bays, warehouse, storage, office, and <br /> other allowed Special Permit uses on property located in an I-1 Zoning District,Map 88 Parcel 27, <br /> Mashpee,MA. (Owner of Record: 11 Industrial Drive,LLC). (Continued from April 22, 2020 at <br /> the request of the Board). <br /> Chairman Furbush said that the Board has already taken testimony for about 90 minutes, <br /> and the only items that are still in question are as follows; <br /> 1. A revised certified plot plan <br /> 2. Open storage question <br /> 3. Location of chicken coop <br /> 4. Charlie Rowley'.s comments <br /> Scott Goldstein stepped down from this hearing. Sharon will sit in on this hearing along. <br /> with the four regular Board members. <br /> Chairman Furbush said that the Board has received emails, but will not hear comments on <br /> anything that was already discussed. The Board has not received any comments from <br /> Charlie Rowley. <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned that he has not received any comments from Charlie Rowley. <br /> Mr. Kirrane said that at the time the application was submitted, he received a plot plan <br /> from Cape &Islands that depicted the current conditions before the owner of the property <br /> relocated the fence that was onsite. The fence is currently on the property line. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked what the"chain link" design on the plan was that is approximately 8 ft. <br /> from the property line. Raul with Cape and Islands said the design on the site plan is hay <br /> bales and is just the limit of work. Ron asked what type of trees were located along the <br /> property line. <br /> 2 <br />
