<br /> Bill wanted to make sure that the specific comments from the Board of Health are included

<br /> There were no more comments from the Board.
<br /> Ron made a motion to issue a Special Permit to James R. Sperzel of 14 Bowsprit Point
<br /> under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing four (4) bedroom
<br /> residential structure and swimming pool on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,
<br /> Map 105 Parcel 224, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
