MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES JULY 8,2020 Sharon read the Conservation Department comments into the record and was approved by the Commission. She read the Board of Health comments into the record with their standard inspectional requirements. Charlie mentioned these are standard procedures with the demolition checklist before a building permit is issued, and will require sign-offs from the other departments. No abutters called in. Scott made a motion to approve the Special Permit raze and replace request for 3 Seconsett Point Road with the following conditions; 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. 2.
