MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 8,2020 <br /> Sharon read the Conservation Department comments into the record and was approved by <br /> the Commission. She read the Board of Health comments into the record with their standard <br /> inspectional requirements. <br /> Charlie mentioned these are standard procedures with the demolition checklist before a <br /> building permit is issued, and will require sign-offs from the other departments. <br /> No abutters called in. <br /> Scott made a motion to approve the Special Permit raze and replace request for 3 Seconsett <br /> Point Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Plan of Land: 3 Seconsett Point Road, Existing/Proposed Conditions-ZBA Filing, <br /> Date: June 4, 2020.Prepared for: Dianne Brace &Robert Lynch, 3 Seconsett Point <br /> Rd, Mashpee, MA.
