• Participated in weekly conference calls with the DPH and the Cape Cod Health Agent's <br /> Coalition <br /> • Read daily updates from the COVID-19 Command Center <br /> • Answered questions from the public and the business community about Phase II re-opening <br /> standards <br /> • Sent out an email to the Mashpee food establishments informing them of the process for <br /> making any changes to their floor plans to accommodate expanded outdoor seating <br /> • Reviewed floor plans for expanded outdoor seating at food establishments,and discussed the <br /> changes with the Building Department, Fire Department, and Town Manager's office <br /> • Inspected outdoor seating changes in the field <br /> • Performed outdoor pool pre-operational inspections at Willowbend, Sea Oaks, Bayview <br /> Condominiums, New Seabury Athletic Club,Sea Quarters, and the New Seabury Cabana Club <br /> • Sent out COVID-19 safety posters for pools to display <br /> • Sat in on a planning meeting for the emergency childcare program operating at the KC <br /> Coombs School <br /> • Scheduled a recreational camp inspection for Willowbend on Monday, 6/22 <br /> • Discussed playground safety standards and cleaning guidelines with DPW <br /> • Transferred COVID-19 safety signs for the beaches from Barnstable County to DPW for display <br /> • Reviewed layout plans for an outdoor gym in Mashpee Commons operated by B/spoke studio <br /> • Communicated with the VNA regarding new cases, and updated our public safety answering <br /> point, Fire Department,and the Town Manager <br /> • Gave the Town Manager updated information on the COVID-19 requirements ahead of Town <br /> Meeting <br /> • Disseminated information through Facebook, the Town of Mashpee website, and Mashpee <br /> TV regarding children's immunization clinics and pop-up testing sites for those that have <br /> attended large gatherings <br /> • Responded to COVID-19 complaints at the Dunkin' Donuts on Route 130, Great Wall, Pizza <br /> Guyz,The Picnic Box, Liberty Liquors,and Emma's Sugar Shack <br /> • Participated in a webinar through MDPH and MHOA regarding Phase 11 re-opening guidelines <br /> and the EEE mosquito season <br /> Ms. Warden asked if the DPW had approached the Health Department about the splash pad,and <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that he did not believe it would be opening this season, as the DPW <br /> does not have the ability to sanitize it to the recommended level/standards. Mr. Harrington <br /> reported no issues with overcrowding at the beaches. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1, Review and approval of meeting minutes. The minutes of the May 21,2020 public session were <br /> reviewed. <br /> There being no comments or revisions, Veronica Warden moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> May 21, 2020 public session meeting.
