NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of meeting minutes: June 4, 2020 and June 18, 2020 Public Session. The <br /> minutes of the June 4,2026 and June 18,2020 public session were reviewed. <br /> There being no comments or revisions, Veronica Warden moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> June 4, 2020 and June 18,2020 public session meeting. Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. <br /> Roll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes);Veronica Warden (yes). VOTE: Unanimous(2-0). <br /> 2. Review and approval of Expense Warrants. It was understood that expense warrants would have <br /> to be signed outside of the meeting, due to there being no Board members,physically present. <br /> 3. Review and approval of quote for transportation and disposal of refuse - 95 Echo Road. <br /> Discussion of this matter will take place after executive session. <br /> 4. Show Cause Hearing, Violations of Title V and the Mashpee Septic Inspection Regulation — <br /> Christopher Maki. Mr.Harrington commented that Mr.Maki still has time to respond and comply <br /> prior to the Board deliberating on the matter. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Veronica Warden moved to continue the show- <br /> cause hearing for Christopher Maki to the next meeting. Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. <br /> Roll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes);Veronica Warden (yes). VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> 5. Review of request for new Food Establishment Permit—10 Evergreen Circle,Cape Cod Coffee. <br /> Mr. Harrington commented that a Food Establishment Permit is requested for Cape Cod Coffee <br /> in their new location at 10 Evergreen Circle. The establishment is in a newly constructed <br /> commercial structure that will include the Cape Cod Coffee roasting facility and a distillery.The <br /> ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certificates, menu, floorplans, and certificate of liability <br /> insurance have been submitted to the Board of Health along with the food establishment <br /> application. The fee has been paid, and the pre-operational inspection has been conducted by <br /> the Assistant Health Agent. <br /> Ms. Warden asked if the certifications for the same people as at the other facility, and Mr. <br /> Harrington answered that they were, but a new chef was also added and he will be providing his <br /> own Allergen Awareness and ServSafe. Mr.Harrington advised the Board that the owners wished <br /> to open for operation the following day. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Veronica Warden moved to approve the new <br /> Food Establishment Permit for Cape Cod Coffee, at 10 Evergreen Circle. Motion seconded by <br /> Brian Baumgaertel. Roll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes); Veronica Warden (yes). VOTE: <br /> Unanimous(2-0). <br /> 6. Review of Compliance—73 Lovell's Lane. Mr. Harrington commented that the Town Manager's <br /> office received a complaint regarding 73 Lovell's Lane. There has been a long-term issue with the <br /> collection of vehicles, refuse, and debris at this property. The occupant, Buzzy Turner, brother to <br /> the owners, has cleaned the property once previously but, over the last 20 years, the <br /> accumulation has again become excessive. In March of last year,an order letter was sent and Mr. <br /> Turner visited the Board of Health office to advise us that he had friends who would help him <br /> clean up the property. Mr. Turner is elderly and on oxygen. The Building Department has <br /> followed up with Mr. Ronald Turner, co-owner of the property with his sister, Ms. Patricia <br /> Weeden. An action plan to clean-up the property was promised by a Mr.Jason Turner last spring, <br /> 3 <br />
