Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald <br /> Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould and Associate Members Sharon Sangeleer, <br /> James Reiffarth, and George Ganzenmuller were present. Also present was Charlie <br /> Maintanis,Building Inspector. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV as a virtual remote meeting. He will take public <br /> comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 29 and 41 Echo Road: Petitioner, Triple M Management Co., LLC requests a <br /> Modification to existing Special Permit(s) (SP-2015-33 and SP-2019-36) under §174-24 <br /> (J) (K) (C) and §174-24 (C) (9) (a) to allow for construction of two temporary wing <br /> structures (12 ft.x 32 ft.)to be used during construction, and removed upon completion of <br /> construction of permanent addition authorized by Special Permit Decision SP-2019-36,on <br /> property located in an I-1 Zoning District, Map 19 Parcels 3-8 and 3-9, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Owner(s) of Record: Triple M Management Co., LLC (#29) and Ronald Gangemi (#41). <br /> (Continued from August 12, 2020 hearings at the request of the Attorney). <br /> Chairman Furbush mentioned that the five regular Board members will be sitting in on this <br /> hearing. At the last meeting, the Board requested specific language from Town Counsel <br /> and the Town Planner to be included in the modification of the Special Permit.Mr.Furbush <br /> said that the language was sent in an email by the Town Planner on August 17'h. Sharon <br /> read the email into the record. <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned that he and John Connell, Architect met with the Town <br /> Planner and discussed the language that was included in a draft decision that is acceptable <br /> to the applicant and to the Town. <br /> Charlie asked if the temporary tent that was depicted on the plan will be erected during the <br /> construction of the temporary additions because it's a safety issue. Charlie said people <br /> cannot be using the tent while the additions are being constructed. Charlie mentioned that <br /> there was discussion about a shed being erected. <br /> Kevin O'Reilly said that the temporary tent will only be used during construction of the <br /> addition as cover for people during inclement weather. Mr. Kirrane said that the tent will <br /> not be utilized until the temporary additions are constructed. The temporary tent will only <br /> be there after the construction of the small additions are completed. <br /> 1 <br />
