Pirates Cove Groundwater Quality and Flow Characterization <br /> 3. Pirates Cove Analytical Groundwater Model <br /> 4. Identification and Evaluation of Alternative Groundwater Treatment Options and <br /> Selection of a Preferred Option <br /> 5. Meetings with the Mashpee Sewer Commission and Pirate's Cove Community <br /> 6. Final Report <br /> Task 1. Baseline Conditions <br /> LAI will assemble the following information on the Pirates Cove Study area: <br /> • Utilities — including water and gas lines and any storm drainage systems <br /> • Septic tank and drainfield locations — identified form Board of Health files and/or GPS field <br /> equipment <br /> and create ARCVIEW GIS overlays that will be used for field investigations and available for <br /> design activites. Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan project maps will be used as the <br /> base maps, which will include: <br /> • Aerial photograph <br /> • Parcel boundaries <br /> • Ortho-photographs <br /> • Wetlands boundaries <br /> • Topography <br /> Working with Town counsel, LAI will request easements for on-property work associated Task 2 <br /> site characterization activities. <br />
