One <br /> from Paul S. Kapinos and Associates and one from George E. Sansoucy, LLC. <br /> After review, the Board determined that the proposal from Kapinos to be highly <br /> advantageous and that it meets the RFP requirements. The board determined <br /> that the proposal from Sansoucy to be not advantageous as it was a proposal to <br /> offer services to value utility properties only and did not meet the majority of the <br /> RFP requirements. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to recommend to the Board of Selectmen that they award <br /> the valuation contract for Valuation Services for Fiscal Years 2021 thru 2023 to Pk <br /> Valuation Group, Paul S.
