I am a current owner of a
boat mooring at this location and without a parking option we will not be able to use it. I feel
that if the town is going to sell a mooring to a Falmouth resident a parking option should be
available. I would assume that due to this location being on a town line, many mooring owners
are in the same predicament. I understand the potential safety concerns that the residents of
the area share however, to only allow Mashpee residents the option to get a sticker doesn't
seem appropriate as we were allowed to purchase a mooring at this location. I believe that a
sticker option is the most equitable for all mooring owners. My family and I have enjoyed all of
the people we have met at the beach while accessing our boat and have countless memories
that we would like to continue making here at Seconsett Island! I appreciate your
consideration in this matter.
Kathleen and Jim Downing
108 Ostrom Rd
Waquoit, MA
kmd8336@gmail.com
Mooring #110
I of 1 4/29/2020. 1:53 PM
