EXTERNAL EMAIL: : This message originated outside the Town of Mashpee mail
system. DO NOT CLICK on links or attachments unless you are absolutely certain the content is safe.
Dear Mashpee Selectman,
I am writing in regards to the non resident parking permit for Seconsett Island that will be
going before your board at the next meeting. I am a resident of Falmouth, who lives within 2
miles of this location, holds a shellfishing license and who in the future would like to purchase
a mooring at this location. Therefore, I fully support the approval of a parking pass for non
residents. I believe that based on the shellfishing agreement between Falmouth and Mashpee
it would only make sense to allow us a place to park. Furthermore, I believe you have been
selling boat moorings to Falmouth residents for years and without a place to park those would
no longer be accessible and your town would lose that revenue. I appreciate your time in
hearing my opinions.
Best,
Abby Downing
68 Ostrom Rd
Falmouth Resident
1 of 1 4/29/2020. 1:54 PM
