8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 27, 2020 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Approval of Resignation effective May 1 2020 from the Board of Health; <br /> (Term Expires: June 30 2022): Mallory Lander: <br /> The Board of Selectmen was in receipt of a resignation from Mallory Langler dated April 16, 2020 from the <br /> Board of Health due to her upcoming deployment. Ms. Langler has indicated her departure is anticipated to <br /> take effect in mid-May and that April 30, 2020 would be her last meeting. Mallory Langler has served the <br /> Board of Health for the past four years. Her term is due to expire on June 30, 2022. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to accept the resignation of Mallory Langler from the Board of <br /> Health with regret sending a letter of appreciation for her service to the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br /> The position vacancy will be duly advertised. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> Dredging: The Popponesset Bay dredging project is ongoing and weather permitting.
