5 <br /> Finance Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> September 3, 2020 <br /> Review and take action on remaining articles in Draft#4 or Draft#5 of the Annual Town <br /> Meeting Warrant of Monday October 19, 2020: <br /> The Finance Committee tools action on the remaining articles contained in Draft#4 of the <br /> Annual Town Meeting warrant of Monday, October 19, 2020 as follows; <br /> Article #5: *New Article—to appropriate $80 to pay a previous fiscal year's unpaid bill. The <br /> DPW employee would be reimbursed for professional development. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Richardson to approve and recommend Article #5 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Furbush. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Pettengill,yes Mr. McKelvey,yes Mrs. Furbush,yes <br /> Mr. Miller,yes Mr. Richardson,yes Mr. Brady,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> Town Manager Rodney C. Collins indicated the respective terms of agreement with the <br /> following (4) collective bargaining units of the Town of Mashpee are aligned with expectations <br /> developed prior to the onset of negotiations.
