Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> August 4,2020 at 6:30 pm <br /> Mashpee Town Hall-Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Approved 9/15/2020 <br /> Public Participation by Remote <br /> *Public Call in Number: (508)539-1449* <br /> Present: Allan Isbitz, Bruce Willard,Noelle Pina, Melinda Baker <br /> Also Present: Town Planner-Evan Lehrer, former member Berkeley Johnson <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Isbitz called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. with a quorum. New members Noelle <br /> Pina and Melinda Baker were welcomed to the Committee. The roll was called. There was <br /> presently one vacancy. <br /> ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br /> Chairman Isbitz opened officer nominations. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Willard made a motion to nominate Mr. Isbitz as Chair of the Committee. <br /> Ms. Balser seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Ms. Pina made a motion to nominate Mr. Willard as Vice Chair of the <br /> Committee. Ms. Balser seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Ms. Balser made a motion to nominate Ms. Pina as Clerk of the Committee. <br /> Mr. Willard seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 10,2020 <br /> Three of the 2019-2020 Committee members approved of the minutes, as written. Mr. Johnson <br /> stated that new members could approve the minutes without recourse. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Willard made a motion to approve the minutes of March 10th,without <br /> recourse. Ms. Pina seconded the motion. All voted unanimously, and the new members <br /> approved without recourse. <br /> Retiring member Mr. Johnson welcomed the new members to the Committee. <br /> The connection was lost at 6:40 p.m., but then reconnected. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 950 Falmouth Road, Status Report by Developer POAH/HAC-The Chair reported <br /> that the Development Agreement for 950 Falmouth Road was executed in early February. Since <br /> that time, meetings have occurred with Town staff. Doug Dempsey, POAH, was participating in <br /> the meeting to provide an update on the project.
