Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee Meeting Minutes August 4,2020 at 6:30 pm Mashpee Town Hall-Waquoit Meeting Room Approved 9/15/2020 Public Participation by Remote *Public Call in Number: (508)539-1449* Present: Allan Isbitz, Bruce Willard,Noelle Pina, Melinda Baker Also Present: Town Planner-Evan Lehrer, former member Berkeley Johnson CALL TO ORDER Chairman Isbitz called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. with a quorum. New members Noelle Pina and Melinda Baker were welcomed to the Committee. The roll was called. There was presently one vacancy. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Chairman Isbitz opened officer nominations. MOTION: Mr. Willard made a motion to nominate Mr. Isbitz as Chair of the Committee. Ms. Balser seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. MOTION: Ms. Pina made a motion to nominate Mr. Willard as Vice Chair of the Committee. Ms. Balser seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. MOTION: Ms. Balser made a motion to nominate Ms. Pina as Clerk of the Committee. Mr. Willard seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 10,2020 Three of the 2019-2020 Committee members approved of the minutes, as written. Mr. Johnson stated that new members could approve the minutes without recourse. MOTION: Mr. Willard made a motion to approve the minutes of March 10th,without recourse. Ms. Pina seconded the motion. All voted unanimously, and the new members approved without recourse. Retiring member Mr. Johnson welcomed the new members to the Committee. The connection was lost at 6:40 p.m., but then reconnected. OLD BUSINESS 950 Falmouth Road, Status Report by Developer POAH/HAC-The Chair reported that the Development Agreement for 950 Falmouth Road was executed in early February.
