MASII PEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 18,2020 <br /> Mr.Kirrane also provided a letter from the Architect with the project addressing the issues <br /> that Scott just raised regarding the height of the building. Scott said that Charlie Maintanis <br /> should review the floor plans. <br /> Charlie commented that he had not seen the plans for this project. <br /> Mr. Kirrane wanted the Board's opinion if this change required a formal meeting. There <br /> have been other projects in the past that were considered minor because they were simple <br /> cosmetic changes. <br /> Chairman Furbush commented that the plan should be given to Charlie for his opinion <br /> whether it requires a modification and a formal meeting with the Zoning Board. <br /> Sharon made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Bill seconded.
