MASIIPLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 18,2020 <br /> Bill wants to make sure that al I the documents that were requested are sent to the applicants. <br /> The Board requested a continuance date of January 13, 2021. Cory Fellows accepted this <br /> date. <br /> Deborah Umina, an abutter who has concerns of the traffic in the area, and asked about a <br /> traffic study. The Board suggested she call Catherine Laurent,DPW Director. <br /> In closing, Jonathan said he likes the project, but wants to make sure that all the concerns <br /> are addressed. <br /> Cory Fellows requested that this project be added to the Agenda dated January 13, 2021. <br /> Scott made a motion as requested by the applicant,that the Board continue the 40B Project <br /> for 950 Falmouth Rd. to January 13, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Jim Gould, seconded, yes, Jim <br /> Reiffarth,yes, Scott Goldstein,yes, Bill 13laisdell,yes,and Jonathan Furbush,yes.All were <br /> in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Board to discuss and approve Edward Hinchey's interest in joining the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals as an Associate Member. <br /> Scott made a motion to accept the withdrawal letter dated November 18, 2020 from Mr. <br /> Hinchey to be a member of the Zoning Board. All were in favor. <br /> -Vote to approve October 14, 2020 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve the Meeting Minutes dated October 14, 2020. George <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed.) <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane said that the Board granted a specific finding relative to construct <br /> a second floor and deck on a property located on Cayuga Ave. The changes consist of a <br /> partial dormer on the roof, and add an internal stairway to provide access from the back <br /> deck which is on the first floor level to get access from the deck to the ground. These are <br /> basically be cosmetic changes and in his opinion should not require any Zoning relief, and <br /> submit the revised plan as part of the Board's file, and be allowed to move forward with <br /> those cosmetic changes. <br /> Scott said as long as the dormer doesn't increase the ridge height,which could be a possible <br /> concern. <br /> 15 <br />
