Results indicate that homeowners were initially attracted to the Cape for a diversity of reasons and have varied <br /> opinions on a range of development and planning topics, however,across time periods,regions,and demographic <br /> groups,Cape Cod homeowners appear generally to share a particular appreciation of the Cape's natural resources <br /> and recreational opportunities. <br /> Further,the report, shows results of"The percentage of respondents rating factors of importance to <br /> them when they decided to live or maintain a residence on the Cape".
