In August, 19.60, we set up a number of rules and regu- lations governing sewage, waste, and well location. These regulations have been passed by legislature and made laws. We must rule accordingly! All motels, restaurants, camps, trailer coach parks, eating establishments swimming pools and wading places were in- spected and given permits to operate in accordance with the lE sanitary code. Due to the over load of work the Falmouth Nursing Association was, unable to assist the town this year as they have in the past. Without their assistance, this made our work that much heavier. However, in September (1960) we were able to hire a town nurse. Her efficient services have f been highly appreciated by all. na, In October we found it necessary to acquire a dentist with .! t an office location closer to the town of Mashpee, because of 1 the inadequate facilities provided at the school for dental care.. ,y Through a dental survey, we found that the children in the school needed much more than a visual observance and I cleaning.
