Hicks <br />Harbor Master: John Moore, Jr. <br />Finance Committee Member: Adeline B. Hicks <br />Voted unanimously. <br />Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to accept the <br />Town Officers' Reports or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 3. To see if the Town will hear and act upon <br />the reports of any Committees hereto chosen, or appoint <br />Committees for any purpose the Town may deem advisable. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to bor- <br />row money from time to time in anticipation of revenue of <br />the financial year beginning on January 1, 1963 and to issue <br />a note or notes therefor payable in one year and to renew <br />such note or notes that may be given for a period of one <br />year or less in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44 of the <br />General Laws, <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to ex- <br />tend for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate <br />six months beyond the maximum term provided by law, any <br />debt or debts incurred under this vote, or take any other <br />action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read, Voted unanimously. <br />
