6s Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to accept Great Oak Road layout from Red Brook Road Southerly to the shore of Vineyard Sound, as laid out by the Selectmen on a plan dated August 1962, and revised in February 1963, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article to read: To see if the Town will vote to accept Great Oak Road layout from Red Brook Southerly to the shore of Vineyard Sound, as laid out by the Selectmen on a plan dated August 1962, and revised in February 1963, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and to ap- propriate $100.00 for land damages which may incur. Voted 39 for, none opposed. Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $7,750.00 to purchase a dump truck and an automatic sander or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted 39 for, none opposed. Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to pay the High- way Surveyor $3.00 per hour or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded .to postpone article indefinitely. Voted unanimously. Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to establish an Advisory Committee on Home Rule for the purpose of examin- ing state -local relations and of reporting to the Selectmen from time to time or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article to read: To see if the Town will vote to establish an Ad- visory Committee to be appointed by the Board of Select- men on Home Rule for the purpose of examining state -local relations and of reporting to the Selectmen from time to time. Voted unanimously.
