69 Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $200.00 for the support of School and State -Aided Vocational Education or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted 55 for, one opposed. Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to create a spe- cial committee to be known as a regional school district plan- ning committee, to consist of three members, including one member of the school committee to be appointed by the mod- erator in accordance with the provisions of Section 14, of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as amended; and that there be appropriated for the use of said committee the sum of $100.00 for expenses or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to execute and deliver easements to the Cape & Vineyard Electric Company over lands owned by the Town of Mashpee under tax titles or otherwise, situated along and adjoining the present right-of-way of the Cape & Vineyard
