<br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen
<br /> and the Citizen of the Town of Mashpee:
<br /> In accordance with state statue, Section 61 of Chapter
<br /> 41, 1 hereby transmit the annual financial report of the
<br /> Town of Mashpee, as of June 30, 1991 for the fiscal year
<br /> then ended. The responsibility for both accuracy of the
<br /> presented data and the completeness and fairness, in-
<br /> cluding all disclosures, rest with the Town Accountant.
<br /> The Town Accountant believes that the data, as presented
<br /> is accurate in all material aspects. Town By-Law Article
<br /> 4 Section 5-13 requires that the financial statements of
<br /> the Town of Mashpee be audited yearly by a Certified
<br /> Public Accountant selected by the Board of Selectmen.
<br /> This requirement has been complied with. The complete
<br /> report of the Auditors may be examined at the Town
<br /> Clerks Office during regular office hours.
