17 <br /> Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $150.00 to cover the cost of lay- <br /> ing out new lots at the Old Indian Cemetery, or take any <br /> other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to raise and appropriate the sum <br /> of $150.00 to cover the cost of laying out new lots at the <br /> Old Indian Cemetery. <br /> Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to abandon <br /> the Old Way, so-called, through the center of Waquoit <br /> Park, otherwise known as Monomoscoy, and accept the <br /> ways as laid out in said plan of Waquoit Park now on <br /> file in the Assessors' Office, and record such vote with <br /> the. Barnstable Registry of Deeds, in reference to said " <br /> plan, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to accept this article as read. <br /> Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $1,000.00 to meet the Town's <br /> share,of the cost of Chapter 90, Highway Construction, <br /> and in addition to transfer from unappropriated avail- <br /> able funds in the Treasury, the sum of $4,000.00, to meet <br /> the State and County share of the cost of the work, the <br /> reimbursements from the State and County to be res- <br /> tored upon their receipts, to unappropriated available <br /> funds in the Treasury, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to accept this article as read. <br /> Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $3,375.00 to meet the Town's <br /> share of the cost of Chapter 81 highways and in addition, <br /> to transfer from unappropriated available funds in the <br /> Treasury the sum of $9,450.00 to meet the State's share <br />
