To see if the Town will vote to fix the <br /> ' salaries of the elective officers or take any other action <br /> thereon. <br /> Action: Under this article it was unanimously <br /> voted to fix the Salaries of the elective officers as <br /> follows: <br /> Moderator $27.50; Selectmen $550.00 each; Asses- <br /> sors, chairman $715.00 other members $440.00 each; Tax <br /> Collector $1,200.00; Treasurer $385,00; Clerk $110.00; <br /> Shellfish Constable $110.00; School Committee $20.00 <br /> each, per year; Highway Surveyor $1.00 per hour; Ceme- <br /> tery Commissioner $.90 per hour; Laborers $.85 per hour. <br /> Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to transfer <br /> from available funds in the treasury a sum of money <br /> to meet the cost of constructs <br /> on of a new Vault, setting <br /> Vault door and installing metal shelving at the New <br /> Town Hall, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to transfer from unappropriated <br /> available funds in the Treasury the sum of $2,800.00 to <br /> meet the cost of construction of a new Vault, setting <br /> Vault door and installing metal shelving at the new <br /> Town Hall. <br /> Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to authorize <br /> the Board of Selectmen, in compliance with the provis- <br /> ions of Section 4A of Chapter 41 of the General Laws <br /> of Massachusetts, to appoint one of its members as a <br /> l� Veterans' Service Agent and to fix the salary at $1.00.00 <br /> 'I per year, or take any other action thereon. <br /> ��! <br /> t i I�I <br />
