Humphrey, 29 Seconsett Point Road. Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction of single-family dwelling with attached garage, landscaping/hardscaping <br /> modifications and mitigation plantings. Continued from 1211212019 11912020 — Commission <br /> requires revised plans showing mitigation area plants, setbacks to coastal bank, removal of <br /> new lawn, 20% of lot left in naturally vegetated state <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering presented revised plans. The Assistant Agent <br /> reiterated that once the area on the north side is cleared for construction access, it can't be a <br /> new lawn per Regulation 31. Regulation 25 will be met and the driveway is going to be pervious. <br /> Assistant Agent recommends close and issue. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to close and issue with the condition that the driveway will be <br /> a pervious surface. Mr. Cook seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Stratford Ponds Condominium Owners, 83 Stratford Ponds Road. Proposed removal of RDA <br /> grey willow invasives and replacement with native vegetation.At request of applicant, continued <br /> from 11912020—scheduling conflict. <br /> John Figmic from Maffei Landscaping presented plans. Mr. McKay asked what kind of plantings <br /> would be planted. Mr. Figmic said currently there are blueberries, clethra, and ilex. They would <br /> replant with matching material. Assistant Agent wanted to reiterate no herbicides will be used. <br /> Mr. Sweet asked if there is a need to address any of the shorelines on the pond, Mr. Figmic <br /> said no. Assistant Agent said we're not losing much habitat, no existing vegetations to be <br /> disturbed. If any deviation from the plan occurs, follow up with us and we can go from there, we <br /> do like to see the removal of invasive species. If an herbicide does need to be used, it has to <br /> be a State licensed applicator. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved for a negative determination. Mr. Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 Joseph F. & Lisa A. Bohnenberger, Ockway Bay. Proposed Aquaculture project within water NOI <br /> of Ockway Bay approximately 1.1 acre in size. <br /> Assistant Agent said per the DEP policy and Regulation 3, we cannot open a hearing without a <br /> DEP number. The applicants are aware and requested a continuance. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved for a continuance until 2/13120 at 6:09pm. Mr. Cook seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:09 Eric P. Rothenberg & Pamela Ely, 18 Spoondrift Circle. Proposed installation of two NOI <br /> additional piles and float to existing pier, ramp and float structure. <br /> Assistant Agent said per our DEP policy and Regulation 3, we cannot open a hearing without <br /> a DEP number.
