Agent reviewed what happened at the last meeting. He said he appreciated <br /> how quickly they planted trees on the sides of the hill, and that overall the number of trees being <br /> removed is reasonable considering the number of trees that have already been planted. The <br /> tradeoff is good, no negative impact here. He recommends a negative determination. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved for a negative determination, Mr. O'Neill seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:30 Paul A. & Cynthia A. Jalbert, 43 Monahansett Road. Proposed landscape and hardscape NOI <br /> modifications. Bradley Bertolo from J.C. Engineering and Paul and Cynthia Jalbert were <br /> present. Cynthia presented plans. Agent reviewed plans/photos with the group. He said there <br /> is a tree on the property just outside the wetland that is hollow and leaning towards the house. <br /> He said it should be removed as soon as possible. All in all it's an increase in the buffer zone <br />
