No other comments. Mr. McKay asked if the driveway is already in. Mr. Costa said there's an existing driveway and a proposed driveway. Agent said it's not in our jurisdiction. He said he appreciated how quickly they planted trees on the sides of the hill, and that overall the number of trees being removed is reasonable considering the number of trees that have already been planted. The tradeoff is good, no negative impact here. He recommends a negative determination. Motion: Mr. Smith moved for a negative determination, Mr. O'Neill seconded. He said there is a tree on the property just outside the wetland that is hollow and leaning towards the house. He said it should be removed as soon as possible.
