Conservation Restriction pending. <br /> Agent announced the purchase of the Chopchaque Bogs was completed and mentioned <br /> that the sellers removed all infrastructure, as requested, so the property is ready for the next step. <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Michael & Julie Rand, 58 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed construction of sports court. NOI <br /> At request of applicant continued from 9110 for DEP review and file number. Representative: <br /> John Swanson, Jaxtimer Landscaping, LLC. Agent recommended this be the final continuance <br /> allowed. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to continue to 1018120 at 6:21pm on behalf of the applicant, <br /> Mr. Weeden seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 James T. Morahan, Jr. & Nancy Morahan, 62 Cayuga Avenue. Proposed addition of second NOI <br /> story, decks and patio to existing dwelling and After-the-Fact permitting of shed and seasonal <br /> pier. At request of applicant, continued from 9110 for detailed mitigation plan and removal of <br /> one shed. Representative: Down Cape Engineering. <br /> Daniel Ojala, Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer, presented plans. Agent recapped what was <br /> discussed at the last meeting and said that mitigation has been diversified, and that everything <br /> from the last meeting has been addressed. No other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to close and issue, Mr. Swartzbaugh seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 John G. Weigel IV & Linda S. Smith, 33 Sturgis Lane.
