Mr. Weeden asked the group to consider supporting Town Meeting Article 20. Mr. Smith agreed that it's a good idea, and the Agent said we could add it to the agenda and put it up for endorsement at the next meeting. Mr. Weeden asked if we follow Robert's Rules of Order and questioned the status of the meeting minutes. The Agent explained we do follow Robert's Rules of Order and that the Board Secretary has not submitted several previous meetings minutes, so there have been none to approve since Mr. Weeden joined the Commission.
