MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 13,2021 <br /> Rosaleen said that she has safety concerns for the residents at the South Cape Resort. Cosy <br /> offered to meet with her, and provide more information when it gets closer to construction. <br /> He will provide a construction schedule. <br /> Jonathan asked Rosaleen if she can provide the schedule of housekeeping hours for the <br /> POAH folks. She also had concerns of the vegetative buffer. Brian said there are no <br /> changes to the natural buffer, but there might be some changes around the new building <br /> area. They are not proposing any plantings between the two boundary lines. <br /> Charlie Rowley suggested that a general comment be made that a traffic mitigation plan is <br /> a concern and should be communicated with the contractor. <br /> Jonathan went through the wavier requests and Ilana agreed to draft a decision and <br /> coordinate the comments. <br /> Scott made a motion that the Board continue the meeting with POAH until January 27, <br /> 2021. Jim Gould seconded, yes, Scott Goldstein, yes, George Ganzenmuller, yes, Bill <br /> Blaisdell, yes, and Jonathan, yes. All agreed to continue. The Board agreed to continue to <br /> a special meeting night if possible. <br /> Bill would like to get a draft of the decision prior to the next meeting in time to review with <br /> the Board. Scott also commented that a condition be made that the affordable units remain <br /> affordable in perpetuity. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve the Meeting Minutes dated December 9,2020.Jim Gould <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Jim Gould made a motion to adjourn. All were in favor to adjourn.
