<br /> Jonathan polled the Board. Jim Gould had no issues, Bill Blaisdell, no issues, Scott, no
<br /> issues. Ron asked Attorney Ford if there were any new non-conformities, or if there were
<br /> any expansion of any new non-conformities for this application. Attorney Ford said; no.
<br /> Sharon read the Board of Health and Conservation comments into the record. There were
<br /> no other comments.
<br /> Ron made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owner, The 63 Waterline
<br /> Drive South Nominee Trust, Lewis H. Robert, Trustee, under §174-17 of the Zoning
<br /> Bylaws to replace an existing outdoor pool and patio with a new pool and patio, and
<br /> construct an addition to the existing dwelling on property located in and R-3 Zoning
<br /> District, Map 72 Parcel 61, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written
<br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.
<br /> 2. Plan of Proposed Site Modifications, Prepared for The 63 Waterline Drive South
<br /> Nominee Trust,Lot 55,#63 Waterline Drive South,Mashpee,MA. Scale: 1"=20',
