Attorney Ford said; no. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health and Conservation comments into the record. Robert, Trustee, under §174-17 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to replace an existing outdoor pool and patio with a new pool and patio, and <br /> construct an addition to the existing dwelling on property located in and R-3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 72 Parcel 61, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
